PRCA MENA Awards has recognised PR campaigns and industry talent in the Middle East and North Africa region with the seventh edition of its awards.
Weber Shandwick MENAT agency took home nine awards, while Gambit Communications won six awards.
The PRCA MENA Awards featured 37 categories, covering teams, campaigns and individuals.
APCO Worldwide was awarded for the Best Integrated Campaign in Large Companies, for their MOC KSA EXPO 2020 project.
The Best Integrated Campaign in Small/Medium Companies was awarded to Matrix PR for their Acronis – Triple Valuation with Triple Strategy campaign.
Meanwhile, the Best PR Campaign in the B2B Large Companies category was won by Weber Shandwick MENAT and Ericsson for their The Power of Limitless Connectivity campaign.
Gambit Communications and Swissquote won the Best PR Campaign in the B2B Small/Medium Companies category for their The Trust Equation 2.0 campaign.
The entries were judged by a distinguished jury of 41 industry leaders worldwide and members of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the world’s largest professional PR body.
The PRCA MENA Awards have become a significant event that celebrates the PR industry in the region. The event was held at Trader Vic’s in Hilton Palm Jumeirah.
Monika Fourneaux MPRCA, Head of EMEA, PRCA MENA, commended the event, saying, “The PRCA MENA Awards 2023 ceremony was a true celebration of the region’s best in communications. With over more than 400 entries than last year, the quality of competition was even greater, proving yet again, the PRCA MENA Awards as the industry’s benchmark.
