Horizon FCB Kuwait appoints Managing Director

Horizon Holdings appoints Elie Farah to run the operations for its Kuwait location.

Horizon Holdings has announced the appointment of Elie Farah as its new Managing Director to lead the company’s operations in Kuwait.

As an experienced MarCom & TechCom professional, Horizon claims Farah’s appointment has been made with the aim of restructuring and leading the evolution of the agency to stand out as a pioneer in Kuwait.

Farah has over three decades of strategic planning, creative, media and integrated communication expertise, having worked with leading multinational creative and media agencies in Kuwait.

Prior to his new role, Farah was business director for the Dentsu Aegis Network in Kuwait for 10 years. He was also the managing director of MindShare in Kuwait for six years from 2008 to 2014.

Mazen Jawad, CEO of Horizon Holdings said, “We’re excited to welcome Elie Farah into this leadership role, where our Horizon once started 48 years ago.”

Jawad also explained the reasons behind appointing Farah for the role. “We have found mutual aspirations and dreams to where we feel we want to take the agency to Kuwait fueled by an immediate chemistry and the will to evolve within our group’s ambitions,” he said.

He also said, “We believe that Elie will drive the positive energy and culture to create work powered by data and technology to simultaneously activate business and deliver the economic multiplier while generating greater brand value for our clients.”

Farah aims to extend Horizon’s policy of ‘Never Finished’ in his new role as managing director of Horizon FCB Kuwait.
