Campaign’s PR Faces to Watch 2025 – Sarah Kanji, Senior Account Executive, Atteline
Age: 24
Nominated by Sophie Simpson, Managing Director – Middle East:
Sarah always manages to be tenacious and relentless (in the pursuit of perfection) with a humble charm, easy smile, and enthusiasm that’s infectious. She is a great advocate for clients, while at the same time, an authentic and collaborative team player who puts her colleagues and the culture of the agency at the centre of everything she does. In short, Sarah excels at planning, bringing teams together, cultivating sources and making connections. The agency wouldn’t be the same without her!
Career highlights
The idea of sitting at a desk all day never “sat” well with me. I craved authentic connection and to think beyond the box – it serves me well in PR. My dyslexic thinking helps me recognise patterns and problem-solve with creative flair and storytelling for clients like Uber, Botim, and Binghatti. I even got to showcase how in Entrepreneur ME (little Sarah can’t believe it).
Nowadays, they call me “the deadline dynamo” because I place “bomb” content in tier-one publications and secure event opportunities across our agency- with time to spare.
No matter the ask, dyslexic thinking to the rescue.
Guiding principles
Challenges are opportunities to connect undetected dots; to do something bigger with the cards you’re dealt. Everyone can’t be Richard Branson (Virgin’s dyslexic CEO), but you can thrive beyond your realm.
So, don’t try fitting into something big; create something bigger.
And more importantly, be kind – everyone is fighting demons.
Side hustle
Lewis Hamilton said, “Failure is 100% necessary to achieve greatness.”
I’m a Lando Norris fan, but I agree. From freelancing as a Henna artist to graphic designing and netball, I like driving down different roads (sometimes spinning out) while exercising my creative muscles. Follow my adventures (@smkanjixo).
