Alex is a generational talent who is annoyingly good at just about everything! She’s blessed with outstanding creative writing, level-headedness, focus and intelligence. One of the rare occasions where we said: “We need to get her whatever her price is.” Eight months after joining Gambit, she was recognized as the top young PR talent in the region, and a month later was in the top five in the world. At 25, she is already a team leader who leads by example with outstanding performance and consistency. She will go all the way in this industry.

Career highlights

As a fresh English literature grad, I swapped the UK for an internship in Dubai at the height of COVID. Since then, I have been promoted five times to Senior Account Manager, won the MENA Young Lions 2024 Gold medal, placed top five in the world at Cannes PR Young Lions, won MEPRA’s Highly Commended Young Communicator of the Year 2024, was appointed to the MEPRA Youth Board, all whilst picking up multiple gold awards for my client campaigns along the way.

I now head up Gambit’s hospitality, luxury and culture portfolio, leading on clients such as Mandarin Oriental, Essilor Luxottica, Emirates LitFest and Middle East Film & Comic Con.

Side hustle

Having studied English Literature, I’m a voracious reader – devouring everything from Jonah Berger’s Contagious to Plath’s Bell Jar and Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. A reader lives a thousand lives before they die; the person who never reads lives only one.
