My first experience with Karim’s work ethic came not long after he was hired. Our media team needed additional help to complete an important campaign launch. Karim worked tirelessly on the campaign before launch, including fact-checking, finalizing planning and liaising with media.
Even when we’re rapidly approaching the deadline, he remains relaxed and calm.
In addition to his impressive work ethic, Karim is also a great team member and a modest employee. He has a great attitude and is always willing to help another colleague.

Career highlights
With almost 4 years of experience in the media industry, I have a proven track record of success. I started my journey at Mindshare Cairo as an Integrated Media Executive and worked with clients such as Sanofi, Nuqul, and British Petroleum. In 2020, I was promoted to Senior Integrated Media Executive and in 2021, I became a Media Manager, I joined PHD Media Cairo in2022, where I managed the Sanofi Africa Hub. A year ago, I moved to Dubai, and currently leading on Puma and KOJ for the GCC market at iProspect Dentsu Dubai.

My personal guiding principles are based on teamwork, innovation, positivity, and problem-solving. I believe in working collaboratively to achieve a common goal, pushing boundaries with creative and innovative ideas, maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges, and using problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
Side hustle
I am a passionate adventurer who loves exploring new destinations and immersing myself in diverse cultures. I find tranquility and freedom in water sports like diving and kite surfing, allowing me to embrace the beauty of the ocean and discover new dive sites or ride the waves.
