Maria is a Gen Z-er who aims to build her skills and works absolutely hard. She started her career with UM as a media executive on STC, one of the largest accounts. She has shown herself to be an absolute asset to the company, and her dedication to learn, gain industry training and experience has positively impacted her performance. She’s committed to delivering exceptional support, ensuring to apply her learnings, and delivering deadlines in a timely manner. Maria is diligent about her work and has a positive attitude that clearly can’t go unnoticed.  She definitely deserves to be nominated!

Career highlights:
Maria Bitar, background in business administration – marketing from the University of Balamand. Throughout my course, I engaged in market research and volunteered with the Red Cross to give back to my community. As an outreach member, I have led CBF projects to educate groups of people about the Red Cross and created team building activities. Today, I aspire to be a trusted person to help the company that helped me start my career thrive. I want to make a real impact in the marketing world and create memorable experiences, leaving a positive impression wherever I go.

Guiding principles:
I believe prioritizing passion within the company, coupled with strong work ethics, fosters a dynamic environment where we can all work together and ensure collective success, but also recognizing the importance of fostering an enjoyable environment where we celebrate successes.

Side hustle:
I’ve ventured into modeling as a side hustle, partnering with curly hair salons to celebrate and showcase the beauty of textured hair. Through this passion project, I aim to empower others to embrace their curls and promote inclusivity in the beauty industry.
