Aya is one of the strongest managers that I have had the pleasure of having on my team. She is dedicated and passionate. She truly understands the essence of the agency world and her purpose. She invests her time in making sure she knows the businesses she works on down to the core and because of that can act like a true consultant to the client. She is a creative problem solver and has done a amazing job at managing the team, work and her relationships with clients and partners. Watch out for her in the coming years.

Career highlights:
In my journey I worked across different agencies and different teams/accounts. I managed clients from streaming platforms, government, beauty and luxury. As a media manager, my job is focused on crafting captivating stories and running standout campaigns. I’ve learnt the businesses and what makes consumers tick, making sure our offerings are solutions are in line with consumer needs. I act as the key point of contact to manage a crisis, projects and day to day work.

Guiding principles:
A mentor’s advice that sticks with me: “Never stay in your comfort zone.” It’s a principle I live by, constantly pushing myself to embrace challenges. It has taught me the value of personal growth and confidence. Stepping into the unknown has led to achievements I thought were out of reach.

Side hustle:
I run a side hustle alongside my work in OMD, managing a family business specializing in art pieces (such as Pop art paintings and sculptures). This endeavor not only enhances my entrepreneurial skills but also deepens my appreciation for creativity and commerce, enriching my understanding of both the artistic and business realms.
