Just like a conductor unifies musicians into one harmonious sound, Adele orchestrates teams to create symphonies. She leads with purpose and passion, striking the right balance between providing support and pushing her peers to grow. Adele’s shoulder is one we all lean on. When you have a problem, she has a solution, making her our rock at the agency. A critical thinker by nature, she approaches her craft with a highly strategic mindset, just one reason why she has garnered so much respect from team members and clients within just one year at JWI.
Career highlights
I’ve had the privilege of working in boutique agencies for my whole career, which has provided me with incredibly diverse opportunities and a passion for the results that can be gained when an insight driven approach is synergized with truly original creativity. Seven years ago, I moved to Dubai to set up a regional office for a UK-based digital agency. I then moved to the established integrated agency, JWI, a year ago where I’m currently leading a team of exceptional talent on some really exciting projects both in the Middle East and beyond.
Guiding principles
I’ve always challenged conformity because of the complacency it can cause. I love breaking myself and my clients out of our comfort zones to question what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. Challenging the status quo is what leads to new ideas. This is the root of true innovation.
