Abdul Aleem is a technological marvel with a flair for creativity — and not just in terms of imagery, but in his creative use of technology. With his tendency to gravitate toward emerging techs, he does not stop at learning. He takes futuristic developments apart, pairs them with the old, and comes up with something better. He currently conducts weekly tech trainings for all departments at THH. And starting out as a Junior Mechatronics Engineer, he is now Chief Engineer and continues to inspire his 10 members and other departments as well.

Career highlights

As a mechatronics engineer turned experiential marketer, I’ve combined my expertise in IoT, sensors, data collection, and AI to create game-changing technologies that elevate brand values and enhance the experiential marketing landscape. Over three and a half years, I’ve produced 60+ products that merge cutting-edge technology with interactive elements, including mechatronics, digital experiences, and immersive games. I’ve also developed experiential activations for over 20 exhibitions and conferences, establishing a reputation as a true innovator in the field. My dedication to creating affordable, yet impactful, experiential marketing products positions me as a standout contender for the Campaign Faces to Watch 2023.

Guiding principles

One of my guiding principles in work is “Innovation through integration”. This states the importance of integrating various technologies and disciplines to create innovative and hybrid experiential marketing products.
