Tatiana is a very smart and talented individual who puts her best effort into whatever she does, she became a pillar of the team in a very short period. Her caring nature, personality and dedication allow her to work well with the different stakeholders, be it internally or with clients. I believe great things await Tatiana.
I started my career with OMG-Core in 2018, based in Beirut. It was a very exciting and fast-paced environment as it was a first of its kind offshore media agency set up back then. During my time there, I worked with several teams across all OMG agencies, whose support and wisdom led to my growth within the company. As of 2021, I started an exciting new chapter of my life and moved to the OMD Dubai office. I’m truly lucky to be part of this team, working with some great role models who I aspire to learn from.
For media planners, multi-tasking and problem solving become second nature. Daily, planners are faced with multiple tasks, some easy and some that could really stress and challenge you. I always believe that there is a solution to every problem and my optimism towards finding that solution helps me deliver daily.
How has Covid changed your job?
Working from OMG-Core always meant supporting clients and colleagues who were 2,725 kilometres away. The challenges posed by Covid-19, have brought agility to my life. Places like home that was a hub of rest evolved into a hybrid setup for work which has increased my productivity compared to pre-Covid-19 times.
In my spare time, I try to switch off, whether it’s simply watching a movie at home or going out to see some friends. If I have an hour or two to spare, you’ll find me in the kitchen whipping up a Zaatar Babka – which I find extremely comforting and stress-relieving!
