Hiba joined Magna to handle a rigorous account, where she has consistently worked hard to meet client and agency needs. During her time, she has built and fostered strong relationships. One of Hiba’s key strengths is her desire to teach and share her knowledge with others. Her uniquely diverse background in the UK and other parts of the Middle East provide a fresh perspective to everyday work, in which she does not shy away from any challenges that come her way.

Bio

Since the beginning of my career, I have had the opportunity to work across multiple industries allowing me to enhance my skillset and build a strong network along the way. Having such a strong passion for marketing and media has pushed me to think outside the box, where I strive to provide the most innovative solutions for both my client and agency. My current role at Magna on Unilever has solidified my ability to manage multiple projects at once and harness the abilities of my team, to leverage each member’s key strengths and achieve top standard results.

Guiding principles

Integrity, strong communication and an optimistic outlook is what I believe drives my motivation on a day to day basis. These core values are what I adopt when working individually and as part of a team, to ensure the best outcome, thus creating a positive and healthy work environment.

How has Covid changed your job?

The impact of COVID allowed me to become more agile and creative with how I approach my work. The feeling of uncertainty shone a light on how well I am able to work under pressure and how I never compromise on quality even in the face of unpredictable circumstances.
