How has Covid changed your job?
Covid made my new role a challenging one as I opened to a new market, trained fresh graduates remotely and maintained their and my own mental health especially that they have never worked before. Covid taught me that any job can be done remotely, regardless of how challenging it is. The key is to stay connected and close to your team, alongside good planning and efficient allocation of resources.
