She has been able to bring an adapting mindset to the recycling industry by placing Rebound Plastic Exchange as part of the solution to plastic pollution. Yassamin proves robust skills in a global business that is addressing a global challenge, thus easing our role in the industry through effective marketing tools.

Bio

I have been in the marketing industry for over 3 years and have been awarded twice by PRCA-MENA for ‘Best Digital Campaign’. Now working at Rebound Plastic Exchange, a start-up which was launched in January 2022. In less than a few months, we have gone live with our website and have also been able to win our first major partner.

Guiding principles

I believe that every party has certain values and by understanding them we can develop and negotiate a synergistic plan. My guiding principles have always been to be patient, open to ideas, and never give up until a solution is found.

Side hustle

Creative by nature, one of my side hustles includes collaborating with my sister on jewellery designs. I always enjoy a challenge which also keeps me active. Most recently you can find me competing in padel tournaments.
