Given her meteoric rise within the marketing industry, I could only imagine what she’ll bring to the table years from now. Bio

As a manager of tourism destination marketing for one of the fastest-growing tourism industries in the region, Meghann Eleazar is responsible for executing marketing activities to boost awareness and position Ras Al Khaimah as a brand. Having started her marketing career in the Philippines, she has been working at Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) since 2016. Throughout her career at RAKTDA, Meghann successfully brought to life the new destination brand and as such is an award-winning marketer with the new brand being recognized at the Transform Awards MEA 2022 where RAKTDA took home 4 awards, including two gold.

Guiding principles

Meghann uses any opportunity to learn something new and she always strives for a better version of herself. She is ready to take responsibility for any project and works hard to provide excellent results consistently. Her motto is “do something you love, something that makes you eager to wake up everyday”.
