Add to it a personality that is full of wit, humour, sarcasm and contagious laughter and that would be Farah. She has a towering mountain of strength and determination. Versatile and determined, she never fails to deliver despite the common scarcity of time.
Bio
Farah heads the internal graphic design unit at Al Masaood – a Group of 18+ brands and 2000+ employees. She supervises a team of four Emirati graphic designers as well as external branding and design agencies. She is responsible for much of the branding for the Al Masaood brand and its subsidiary companies. She took it upon herself to run a group-wide refinement exercise, and to produce a 100-page brand guide, thematic campaigns, an internal environment guide, typography, and brand architecture refresh. She is also responsible for a weekly newsletter and annual magazine for the Group.
Guiding principles
Farah is guided by the principle that ‘what I do can always be bigger and better’. She is extremely positive and empathetic and wants work to be ‘my happy place’ for her and her team.
Side hustle
Farah is adventurous and would always try to do something that is out of her comfort zone. She likes to paint, dance, explore the world and cook.
