Heavily invested in public-sector with a mission to improve human lives by introducing exceptional experiences. Throughout my 4-year journey with Deloitte, I got the opportunity to work on multiple projects in diverse industries, such as public sector services, tourism, aviation, and defense, where I specialize in service design and deriving research to understand consumer requirements through designing journeys in an innovative fashion that meets business objectives while bringing the local perspective into the picture and ensuring maintaining consumer satisfaction.
