James Kaye, VP Digital Activation, Artefact: Whilst Alia only joined Artefact a year ago, she has already made a huge impact on both the team and her clients.  A natural creative thinker, she always embraces challenges and always works collaboratively with others to both create and deploy solutions.  In addition to her already strong knowledge of digital, Alia is always pushing herself to learn more and develop both her skills and professional career, this is something the team at Artefact want to support both now and in the future.

Career highlights

For the last three years, I have been working to support my clients and team in delivering data and digital end to end marketing services across several different industries.  For the last year at Artefact, my focus has been on supporting the digital strategy and implementation for one of the region’s largest Telco companies, which has been a welcome challenge and enabled me to not only grow my knowledge but also softer skills around people management.  I’m grateful, that this hard work has been recognized with a number of awards for our use of data and performance marketing.

I have been playing basketball professionally since I was in school and like to spend my free time writing and ready poetry.
