Campaign’s Creative Faces to Watch 2025 – Saquib Wakankar, Junior Production Manager, Serviceplan Group Middle East

Age: 25

Nominated by Geetika Sood, Head of Production:

Our agency has been on fire this past year, rolling out stellar work across all our brands with insane consistency. A huge part of that? Saquib. His tenacity and dedication keep the team running at full speed. He’s got this energy that lifts the floor and has immense patience which everyone respects. Honestly, he makes us all look good. Having him on board isn’t just a win—it’s a flex. Couldn’t be prouder to have a solid team player like him on the team.

Career highlights

Working in production has been a super interesting ride. I’ve gotten to work on campaigns for brands like DCT and BMW, and the best part is watching an idea actually come to life. It’s crazy how a simple concept can turn into something real with the right execution. Growing up in Mumbai, I was always surrounded by creativity and fast-paced energy, and I think that’s what drew me to agency life. It’s not always smooth sailing, but the rush of getting things done and seeing the final result makes it all worth it.

Guiding principles

I approach post-production with a focus on precision, adaptability, and attention to detail. For me, it’s all about turning creative concepts into polished final outputs while keeping the process smooth, collaborative, and true to the original vision. It’s rewarding to see how small details can elevate the final result.

Side hustle

Alongside my work in production management, I pursue my passion for music as DJ Saquib. Producing across different genres gives me a creative outlet and keeps me inspired. It’s a balance that fuels both my professional and artistic pursuits.
