I met Ana Julia at a conference last year where she was a panelist. Watching her, at that young age, with the intelligence, confidence and attitude she had, I knew we had to have her on our team.
She plays a crucial role at Publicis Groupe, looking after key clients across our agencies, and also drives 2 very exciting and creatively stimulating initiatives.
She demonstrates a balance between a creative and strategic mind which makes her a gifted talent. Add that hungry, winning and personable spirit makes her a face to watch – big time.
Career highlights
Born in Brazil but raised in Abu Dhabi, Ana Júlia considers the UAE her home.
She earned an honors degree in Advertising, PR, and Media from Middlesex University Dubai and received recognition early on in her career in Advertising and PR award shows like Dubai Lynx and MEPRA’s Hackathon, as well as earning herself a silver in UAE Young Lions competition.
So far, Ana Júlia has worked with a variety of brands across different industries from tourism boards, airlines to FMCG and banking. Her strategic approaches include delving into human insights to better understand people and what moves them.
Guiding principles
I live in a perpetual state of fascination with our world. There is always more to learn and understand. And this never-ending desire to discover is what enables me to approach everything, especially the work in our field, with an open mind that makes everything more interesting.
Side hustle
Every Sunday, I get to pass on the Catholic faith to young children at Church in AD. Simplifying religious concepts to six-year-olds and answering complex questions like ‘Which God did God pray to when on Earth?’ is challenging yet immensely fulfilling, making it my most rewarding endeavour yet.
