In the 12 months that I have been at BPG Sriyaa has been a standout resource. She has a level of personal-accountability to her teammates, our clients, and herself that is something we should all strive towards. Quick to ask for feedback, quick to adapt, and all done with a smile and kindness that is rare to find. In my 22 years in this business across NY, Dubai, and Melbourne, I would have been lucky to have had Sriyaa on any team. I am sure her career will continue to skyrocket to lead agency teams at the highest level.
Career highlights
After my Undergraduate degree, I worked on Wall Street where I discovered a passion for understanding people, their needs and psychological motivators. I knew then I wanted to pursue a career in marketing, applied and made the cut for BPG’s elite WhatNext talent incubator program for MarCom professionals. As Senior Account Executive in BPG’s unique silo-free culture, I have gained a holistic perspective, working across PR, Media, and Advertising. Currently, I work with global and regional clients including Jumeirah Group, Uber Turkey, DMCC, and Innoventures Education; working as a trusted partner to deliver impactful comms solutions.

Side hustle
When not at work, I love learning about and participating in Web 3.0 events. As a volunteer, I aid SMEs in the Web 3.0 sector with marketing and as a copywriter for the nonprofit organization; SRMD Love and Care. A lifelong vegetarian, I love exploring culture through food (@thedxbfoodguide)
