Age: 24
Nominated by Nadeem Kerbaj, Head of Department, Innocean Middle East & Africa, Innocean Middle East & Africa:
Mohammad has only been with us for one year, but his positive contribution have been significantly felt. In a short time, he proved himself to our agency’s leadership team & his peers. It’s safe to say that he is our rising star.
He’s a very solution-oriented and results-focused kind of person. His ability to communicate and manage projects plays a vital role in the success of every campaign. His skills and great work spoke for themselves in our latest Kia campaign, “The Cycle of Life”.
In simple words, he is what every leader looks for in an Account Manager.
Career highlights
An automotive enthusiast at my core. My passion drives my career, pun intended. In the span of 3 years, I’ve worked with 8 automotive brands ranging from German, American and now Korean.
My experience across various creative and digital projects in the past allowed me to bring my full potential to everything I do today at Innocean. I got the chance to work on some of the biggest campaigns this industry has to offer, playing an essential role on the FIFA WC Qatar 2022 campaign for Kia (I’m sure you saw me if you were there).

– Always trust your gut.
– Passion, purpose & hard-work is the key in achieving your desires.
– Don’t allow any obstacle to push you away from your path. Ensure you’re not falling back and keeping up in the race.
Side hustle
Working on a plan to eventually open up a bakery specialized in manakish or as we call it in my home-country, a “forn”.
