Mario Morby, head of planning, FP7 McCann Dubai: Anna started her agency life as a creative before joining strategy. This means that she’s that rare hybrid planner that can blend both disciplines, making her an inspiring creative strategist. She’s one of our homegrown talents and a future leader. Her work ethic is top-notch, her commitment is unmatched and her knowledge coupled with her passion for the field is fantastic for someone so young. Her drive and efforts have been crucial to a number of our award wins as well as new business wins. She’s loyal to the agency and to her team and is a fantastic team player.

Career highlights

A creative by education, a strategist at heart, I’ve enjoyed bringing a creative touch to my brands’ strategic thinking at FP7 McCann Dubai for more than three years. I currently work on Arla, Puck, Emirates NBD, Home Centre, E20 and a portfolio of Unilever brands. I have supported our regional management on MENA Effie and WARC Awards, with my entries winning several metals, contributing to FP7 McCann Dubai becoming The Most Effective Agency of The Year for three consecutive years, #1 Agency in MENAT (WARC Media 100) and #1 Global Agency (WARC Effective 100). And I’m recently featured in McCann’s Faces to Watch too, globally.

Side hustle

Fun fact: During my time at AUD, I interned with FP7 McCann Dubai in the creative department as a designer. My passion has always been art, so when not busy finding creative solutions, I dedicate my time to exploring my artistic side in painting, both traditional and digital. And I love my dog and my cat.
