From the Daredevil: Born Again premiere to the Ultimate Summer Binge at Kite Beach, Lena delivers standout campaigns with positivity, precision, and heart—from strategy to execution. Career highlights
My career is fueled by passion, creativity, and belief in local connection. I lead UAE Brand & Partnership Marketing and my focus is on making Disney+ feel truly relevant through a hyper-local strategy rooted in cultural insight. I launched our first-ever immersive premiere event for Daredevil, igniting the UAE’s Marvel fanbase, and most recently the Disney+ Kite Beach Summer Pop-Up, which welcomed 3000+ guests in one weekend. With every successful campaign comes a bigger challenge. My goal moving forward is to create more cultural moments that inspire and build lasting love for Disney+.
Guiding principles
My guiding principle is staying calm, patient, and positive—especially in hectic moments. I try to create an environment where collaboration flows, people feel comfortable being themselves, and we all do our best work without pressure. When the energy’s good, the work naturally gets better.
Side hustle
Being a mom to my 3 year old is the role I’m proudest of. It grounds me, keeps me balanced, and reminds me what really matters. I’m now expecting my second child, and while life is getting fuller, it’s in the best way. I’m not balancing both roles-I’m honoring them & letting each inspire the other.
