It has been a true pleasure to witness the impact Bony Roy has had on our industry through her unwavering commitment to developing future talent. As Manager of Future Talent and Industry, Bony has consistently gone above and beyond in designing and championing programmes that not only support students and young professionals but also contribute meaningfully to the growth and sustainability of our wider industry.
Career highlights
Since taking on my current role, I’ve led high-impact programmes across MENA and KSA, upskilling over 500+ professionals through 15+ academies, 10+ competitions , 3 hackathons and C-suite roundtables – many of whom have progressed into leadership roles. I work closely with top universities, global brands and agencies to co-create sessions built around real client briefs, key industry trends, and structured mentorships. My focus is to build practical, scalable platforms that close critical skill gaps and push the region’s creative marketing industry forward.
Guiding principles
I believe events should be transformational, not transactional. I lead with integrity, passion, and creativity—bringing big ideas to create inclusive programmes that unlock potential and drive lasting impact — not just for individuals, but for the industry as a whole.
Side hustle
Outside of work, I volunteer my creative skills to design awareness materials for Bangalore-based NGOs, helping them visually tell their stories and reach a wider audience. I also love exploring new food joints and believe some of the best ideas — and connections — begin over a good meal.
