I have worked with Adam closely and what seperates him from the other people who I have worked with in a similar capacity is the innovative ideas he brings to the table. Angles to an activation or campaign that are usually overlooked by some, he catches and builds on them. A person in marketing must put themselves in the position of the seller and the buyer, and Adam understands both exceptionally well.

Career highlights

Adam joined the team a year ago as our retail manager and quickly excelled in diversifying partners retail revenue streams, promoting him to also oversee all Marketing activities was a no-brainer, Adam oversees our FMCG, Fashion, Back to School, and Toys categories, managing accounts that span the MENA region. Adam planned and executed the first HelloKitty meet and greet activation in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, two markets we had previously struggled to penetrate. Adam also brought over the original iconic Friends sofa to tour the region, making star appearances across the region.

Guiding principles

I believe in open communication, no conflict is big enough it can’t be communicated, brainstormed, resolved, and finally used as a learning. I never shy away from getting my hands dirty in attempts of delivering the best for our partners. I lead by example and always credit success where due.

Side hustle

Having grown up in the UAE, I took up my father’s commodities trading business, on the weekends I deal in scrap metals. Recently became a certified Forklift operator!
