Campaign’s Creative Faces to Watch 2025 – Jack Rogers, Associate Creative Director, Socialize Agency
Age: 30
Nominated by Aurelien Fonteneau, General Manager:
Jack is a well-rounded creative who seamlessly juggles big, bold ideas for brands like Starbucks and Pringles with beautifully crafted editorial content for Beyond Properties and Sony.
Fluent across formats–from striking billboards to social-first storytelling, he adapts effortlessly to different platforms and audiences.
His talent speaks for itself: recently promoted to Associate Creative Director at just 30, he’s already shaping the agency’s creative output at the highest level.
Beyond his craft, Jack is a great mentor, fostering the next generation of creatives and strengthening the agency’s creative culture.
Career highlights
I’ve worked in the UAE’s ad industry since 2017—working across a smattering of clients from FMCG to fast food, gaming, real estate and everything in between. I was even lucky enough to be ranked as the #9 Copywriter in the MENA region by the Loeries in 2022.
Weird and wonderful work is my jam, and I’ve won a number of awards for work that embodies just that—having scored everything from coveted Cannes shortlists to Grand Prixs at both regional and global award shows.
Guiding principles
My first ever Creative Director, Kaz Yusuf, taught me that being weird, overly-enthusiastic and confident during presentations is half of what sells in work. He was right.
Side hustle
When I’m not making adverts, you’ll find me either being bad at fishing, camping in some corner of the UAE, or hunched over an over-the-top gaming setup.
