Maya is an interesting and a very worthy story. She started out in account management but has always shown a keen strategic eye – from insights to distinctive ways into cool creative ideas. She was always curious during training and extremely participative. So, when she expressed her interest in moving to strategy, we didn’t flinch or question. She has been an excellent addition to the strategy team at Publicis Middle East, working on our top brands, and has shown positive energy, unearthed exciting insights, and carries a can-do attitude that will serve her beautifully on her journey to the top.

Career highlights

At 20, I moved to Dubai and joined Publicis right after graduation, working on the agency’s largest FMCG account. In this fast-paced environment, I quickly adapted, taking on responsibility and growing my strategic and analytical thinking. Starting in client servicing, I soon realized my passion for understanding consumer behaviour and uncovering human insights. This led me to transition into the strategic planning team, where I could refine my skills in brand growth and market insights. With every experience, I remain committed to learning, evolving, and pushing myself further to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
