This year I am proud to be submitting two incredible women for your consideration: Lojain Al Saif and Fatima Loughzail. These ladies are the true epitome of young, smart, female talent. It has been an honour to support them and to play a small part in the bright future they have ahead. In her 4 years with us, Lojain brings a quiet force of empathy and creativity to excel in her role. Fatima has been on the team for only 6 months but brings her bigger, bolder style to complement Lojain and add impact. SHARE today – it’s brand, awards, successes – would not be possible without Lojain and Fatima.
Career highlights
Lojain is an outstanding Marketer who can look back proudly on her journey, achievements and growth at Majid Al Futtaim. She started as a fresh graduate, rotating across departments in the organization before landing in the SHARE Rewards Programme’s Marketing Team. Lojain not only helped to launch the SHARE brand in market but also played a key role in the constant animation of the programme and engagement of its customers. The result? Thousands of creative campaigns, millions of engaged members and an award-winning (5 awards!) SHARE programme.
Guiding principles
Lojain’s guiding principle is “Growth and Resilience”. She has a thirst for growing both in her career and knowledge. She is always the first to take on new challenges no matter the complexity and stands her ground in the face of adversity.
Side hustle
Before Lojain started her professional career in Majid Al Futtaim, she tested out her entrepreneurship skills by opening her own bakery. The bakery (From Scratch Baking Co.) was established in her hometown of Safwa in Saudi Arabia. Today this bakery continues to flourish, run by her parents.
