Since joining Eleven\ PR Group Unit, Bayan has demonstrated her dedication to her work, her colleagues and clients. She is a key team player who goes beyond her day-to-day duties to prove herself relentlessly. Bayan contributed, through her hands-on approach, to the success of large-scale client events and through her ideation and understanding of social media, to the growth of clients’ social handles. Finally, Bayan has established exceptional relations with key journalists and editors across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait, which enabled her to elevate the profiles of our clients to new levels.
Career highlights
I’m an ambitious and driven PR & Social Media professional working on multiple international brands across lifestyle and corporate practices. I have succeeded in developing deft social media campaigns and content for my clients and managed to elevate their narrative in the media through my strong relationships with journalists across the region. I am also proud to have taken part in crafting creative events for our clients and contributed to the seamless logistical execution. Always on the hunt for creative content ideas that can authentically tell a brand’s story, my main goal is to become a change maker and achieve award winning PR campaigns for my key clients with an outstanding result.

Side hustle
As a mother of two, balancing work and family life can be a challenging hustle. However, my children have taught me the importance of working hard for them, managing my time effectively, and prioritizing my responsibilities which made me a more organized and self-reliant woman.
