Over nearly three years, I’ve watched Leen grow from an Account Executive to Senior Account Executive, and now an Account Manager leading Dubai Media City and in5 Dubai districts for our client TECOM Group. Leen played a key role in major, successful campaigns for Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City, as well as supporting award-winning campaigns, while also building trusted client relationships and quickly becoming a valued mentor and creative force.

I’m genuinely passionate about forging connections and bringing stories to life through vibrant social content. At Burson, I’ve driven impactful campaigns, notably landmark successful anniversaries for TECOM Group’s Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City, which was anchored by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid. Nurturing client relationships is central to my work and a source of pride, which helps me enable consistent results and growth while skillfully managing engaging social content for platforms like Dubai Media City and in5 Dubai. From Account Executive, I’ve grown into an Account Manager and mentor, driven by continuous learning and pushing creative boundaries.

Guiding principles

My guiding principle: ‘Life goes on,’ no matter what! Communications industry is stressful and this principle helps to put things into perspective especially when trying not to look at setbacks in a negative light. It’s important to always stay motivated and take everything as a learning experience, whether in personal or professional life.

Side hustle

@leenoforkids is my passion-driven side hustle, creating engaging educational games for kids. I started it off 3 years ago with a board game and continued to build on that foundation with a range of different items with one objective in mind – screen free activity and educational play.
