Iman Issa, Managing Director, Hill+Knowlton Strategies: Muneira is the future of the Middle East communications industry because she has a skillset of tomorrow. Her unwavering obsession with finding answers to client challenges and audience behaviour has transformed her into a communication professional with range. She has a perfect blend of skillsets, ensuring campaigns are rooted in insight that drives strategy, shapes creativity, and informs campaigns as they are rolled out. Working with her most recently on the Royal Commission of AlUla’s reporting and KPI tracking, she was able to provide actionable insights across the full PESO model because she understands data and communication simultaneously.
I joined H+K in January 2018, and over the past +4 years have carved a niche within my team, leveraging data from ideation through to campaign measurement, while playing a core role within the development of H+K’s Data + Analytics practice. My experience has seen me execute and optimise award-winning campaigns, drive campaign ideation and push beyond my comfort zone to lead training sessions for +300 colleagues across METIA. Moving forward I hope to continue to develop my own skills and continue to add value to not only clients but to the industry, when looking at how we approach data.

I recently rediscovered my love of film photography and have started to dip my toe back into the darkroom. Waiting for film to develop is like waiting for Christmas day and the process is incredibly therapeutic.
