Campaign’s PR Faces to Watch 2022 – Diksha Chadha, Senior Communications Manager, Action Global Communications
Euan Megson, Managing Director, Action Global Communications: As her role and remit expand with each passing year, Diksha continues to thrive. I find it hard to believe she is still only 27 considering her tenure with the agency and the experience she now possesses. Without doubt, she’s one of the finest in the business for her age and experience – an example of the progressive culture and development pathways we foster at Action.
I started my full-time career at Action in 2016 after a series of internships with leading brands and media houses in Dubai, London and India. With in-depth knowledge to the workings of the industry, I primarily lead the agency’s F&B and hospitality sectors in my current role, creating integrated communications strategies from ideation through to execution, managing teams and stakeholders, and expanding the portfolio through new business development. Over the last six years, I’ve worked with big names across hospitality, entertainment, retail, fitness and corporate sectors including DCT Abu Dhabi, Dubai Retail, Jumeirah, STARZ PLAY, BookMyShow, and Lenskart.
Never get too comfortable. Always embrace change – the industry is dynamic and constantly evolving, so we need to be adaptable. People skills, the ability to be approachable, and positive work culture is very important to me and is fostered daily at Action.
Planning people’s itineraries and suggesting trending places around town. No joke but I’ve been told I’m a close second to What’s On and Time Out…
