Jenny is a rock star with a positive attitude, being an account executive, she has demonstrated independence and maturity in handling multiple projects, from tiny details in small campaigns to managing multiple stakeholders of a large international campaign. Upon graduating with a hospitality management degree, I decided to pursue a career in marketing and joined Cheil MEA as an Account Executive where I got involved in conceptualizing annual marketing strategies, oversaw on-ground marketing brand activations and led my clients influencer campaigns. My combined experience in project management led to my biggest professional achievement which was to be the project lead for one of the largest annual corporate events held in Malta. A wide array of experiences led to “Rookie of the year” award which recognizes exceptional junior employees for their achievements.
My parents always tell me two things – “Success is hard work with a little bit of luck” which I live by professionally. And “Be humble & Big hearted” which I apply to all aspects of my life.
How has Covid changed your job?
Covid-19 has allowed me to drive digital transformation within our client’s campaigns. The pandemic launched us into a digital era where we had to rapidly find solutions for our clients to digitize their experiences through digital and live stream events and explored ways to provide consumers with digital experiences without lacking the physical touch.
I have always had a passion for marine biology. I enjoy learning about marine wildlife and consider getting my PADI diving certification as the best thing I have ever done. I am the co-founder of No Plastics Bangkok, an online community to promote the reduction of single-use plastics in Bangkok.
