How has Covid changed your job?

For starters, I realized how going to work makes you maintain a certain physical appearance. 2020, this pandemically-ridden year was full of tumultuous surprises of course. From around the clock, WFH-induced blurry working hours to crisis comms, virtual events, webinars, and newly invented employee-engagement programs… the disruption was unparalleled. All of which, helped with my understanding of how the world we live in is not guaranteed in all of its forms especially work, which at many points was constant. Covid-19 changed many things, my client, media and colleagues-relationships, it made them more personalized, we’ve been into each other’s homes in a way. Additionally, increased responsibility, evolved communications approach to fit the digital-first and budget-first world we now found ourselves in. Importantly, the value we gained towards our health & wellbeing, families (siblings included…), personal connections, and our colleagues was profound.
