Sruti is renowned for her ownership of the accounts she handles, being proactive in providing new opportunities for her clients, and respected amongst her peers. Management has high expectations from Sruti and have placed her on an accelerated growth path, during which she would be exposed to most aspects of the business, getting involved in new business pitches, and tasked with improving hers and her teams’ skills. Born and bred around the media industry, I was fortunate enough to see its evolution firsthand. As the child of a media professional, I spent my childhood exposed to the inner workings of the industry. As I grew older, I knew that I wanted to be a part of this world.

Fast forward to today: 5 years in the industry. Working with amazing brands , helping develop innovative strategies, integrating new technologies and platforms to create multi-faceted campaigns. Also constantly learning along the way.
