I strongly recommend Joy Sfeir to be the part of the faces to watch this year due to the incredible potential that she can reach and that I can see in her career path.

During her tenure at Dentsu, she has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, motivation, and eagerness to learn. In a very short period, she was able to excel beyond the tasks that were given to her and showcased that she can move to the next level in a shorter period compared to people at the same level.

Career highlights

I believe myself to be ambitious. After graduating with high distinction in Bachelor’s in Marketing, I continued on the educational path and completed my Master’s Degree in Fashion, Design, and Luxury Management in Paris, scoring another distinction. As a junior with no previous work experience, in a short five months, I went from data entry and technical work to solely planning, activating and managing the multi-channel activities of accounts in the MENA region. Eight months into my first job, I currently fully handle four Kering Group brands along with Siemens Home Appliances for the region.

Guiding principles

My guiding principles are confidence, determination, curiosity, and humility. It’s important to be curious and to look for learnings outside the box. One must have the confidence and the determination to push for greatness, simultaneously having the humility to accept feedback and make it an opportunity to learn and grow.

Side hustle

During COVID, I enrolled in a physical fitness course with ACE (American Council on Exercise), becoming a certified personal trainer. I am also in the process of furthering my education in sports to specialize in Pilates and pre- and post-natal fitness.
