Joelle’s has shown tremendous growth over the past year. Her ability to manage extreme workloads & continuous pressure from different stakeholders has put her in a bright focal point. Honing her skillsets over the past year has allowed her to earn client’s trust, drive relationships and deliver media results. With a high level of dedication, perseverance and passion, Joelle is a force to look out for.

Career highlights

I began my career as a Media Planner for L’Oréal GCC at UM Beirut in 2021 – safe to say, I was always surrounded and working alongside people who inspired me, guided me, and uplifted me.

Fast forward to 2023, I’m now the Senior Planner on two key accounts at UM Dubai and have been recognized for my ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

I have been able to learn and grow at an exponential rate, and I like to believe that I thrive on challenges – with a smile on my face!

Guiding principles

I’m a firm believer in the power of positivity, respect, and empathy – these values guide my actions and everyday life.

It’s also always important to me to always be true to myself and aim to maintain a work-life balance in this fast-paced environment

Side hustle

I’m still figuring out my primary side hustle, and I believe many can relate. After all, it should be something I really love.

Meanwhile, during my free time, I enjoy spending time with myself and people who enrich my life and trying new sports – I have also developed an interest in novels and experimenting new healthy recipes. This is my current way of zoning out.
