She is the complete opposite of “if it’s not broken don’t fix it”. Continuously looking for solutions, opportunities, and the space to develop our product further. A teacher but always the student.
I have always been driven by curiosity in everything I do, which is why media planning easily slipped from being a job into being a passion. Ever since I joined the media industry, finding myself working across different industries, and trying to find opportunities every day for growth, I’ve been learning and growing both professionally and personally. The space available to find insights and experiment with the right formula for growth, was in my experience the base on which strong client-agency relationships are built, giving me all the room to think as big as I can and my curiosity to grow YOY.
My guiding principles always involve collaboration internally and with the client, not forgetting the importance of the quality of the details that build up to the bigger picture, and making sure any approach taken is unique and simple in generating success.
I like to try new things every once in a while, whether its learning an instrument, a new language, a new sport, or even a new excel hack.
