Reine Hammoud, Client Leadership Director, Mindshare KSA: Leena is undoubtedly one of our true stars.  We had high expectations given she was on the Dean’s list at her college, and she has exceeded every single one.  Since joining Mindshare, Leena has challenged herself  &  bringing her business mindset into the media world positioning her as an expert in driving business success for our clients.    She is definitely a future leader in our industry.

Career highlights

After studying abroad, Leena returned to Saudi in 2019 and joined Mindshare.  She is an integral part of the team which has helped drive client business growth across a portfolio, including  Nova, Entaj & Safi Danone.  Leena’s ambition and drive mean she is always a step ahead in understanding media and market trends, has outstanding rigour in planning on all media and has quickly established herself as a consultant with clients. Leena spent a year outside of Mindshare in 2021 working recently with the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs but recently returned to Mindshare.  We’re all happy she did.

Guiding principles

Knowledge is key to success.  One needs to understand the dynamics of the global markets, their own market, their own industry and how these will impact the world.  If you can understand where something is going, you can plan for your success.

Side hustle

In the kitchen, when Leena is not keeping up with international affairs, you will find her exploring the world of plant-based cooking.   There are lots of new things to try stretching beyond vegetables & fruits to nuts & other plant ingredients.
