I started my career in a boutique agency back in 2013 as an Account Executive handling a big portfolio of diverse clients. I progressed quickly through the ranks afterwards in Impact BBDO where I handled both global and local clients such as DTCM, Visa, AXA Insurance to name a few. Throughout, I have won awards for Best Use of Social, Digital and integrated campaigns on Digital MENA Awards & Dubai Lynx. I continue to push boundaries as a Digital Media expert with over 8+ years of advertising experience at Cheil handling clients such as Samsung, Auto Care & Energizer.
One piece of advice I will never forget from my ex-boss is that Initiative and Proactivity goes a long mile. Curiosity and the desire to be the best in my field is what drives me forward.
How has Covid changed your job?
It only made things better for us because we managed to transform client’s mindsets a lot quicker when it comes to digital media advertising. Plus, working from home for a couple of months wasn’t that bad!
My advice is always to Invest. Invest. Invest. Whatever I can afford to put aside, I invest it in companies that are shaping the future whether it’s electrical cars, clean energy solutions or fast-growing digital companies.
