Bio

Though I have a degree in Finance, I started my career by founding my own tech start-up in India. Later I worked at various FinTech start-ups in New York. These experiences taught me valuable lessons about marketing, brand-building and business & entrepreneurship in general. I then joined General Motors in 2019 to work on Cadillac, where I manage the brand’s digital and retail marketing in 8 markets in the region. During my time, I have applied my technology background to create innovative digital experiences and successfully launched iconic vehicles such as the New Generation Escalade and V-Blackwings.

Guiding principles

Have an open and curious mind because you never know what you can learn or what opportunity lies ahead. I’ve also learnt that people are more likely to remember how you treated them over what you achieved so it’s important to have respect and courtesy for everyone you work with.

Side hustle

I have a couple that I’m passionate about. One is Majama, a healthy snack & ice cream start-up my sister, Riwa, launched. It’s been incredible to watch it grow and I support it where I can. The other is Bitcoin which I first invested in 2013 and have followed ever since.
