He is great at seeking solutions and optimizing the many processes that deliver our campaigns. Always keen to take on more and is a demon negotiator on deals to drive phenomenal ROI on traditional-offline and digital media. He is always proactive, and with his finger on the pulse to market situational changes, he is, I can say without question where the future sits for my team.

Bio

Based on years of experience across various retail industries, such as furniture, luxury, fashion, pharmacy, and a brief work within the construction industry, Shoaib is an experienced individual having versatile exposure and experience all before turning 29. During his work at Al-Shaya Group & Landmark Group, Shoaib has been challenged with unique tasks daily that could vary from complex on-site implementation to planning campaigns/promotions.

He has won ‘Heart-of-Gold’ for his work culture/personality and has received the empowerment-champion award to appreciate his work at Landmark Group. At Al-Shaya Group he has been awarded Be Al-Shaya award for ‘Thinking-Big’.

Guiding principles

Always be a good listener and be open to new ideas. Teamwork is considered an important factor for me and my working style is one of collaboration and development. Over the years, I have built my career on a simple principle of “Working Smarter” and being notably social.

Side hustle

None of that makes me extra income but I do like to help people in whatever their challenges might be in life both at a personal and professional level.
