Neha is a young, vivacious and well-articulated female leader. She has an innate art of making friends wherever she goes and that’s what makes her a likeable personality. She is eager to learn, determined and well organized at the workplace, always ready to help when needed. Her ability to adapt to a highly dynamic Dubai hospitality environment has led to exceptional results in such a short stint since she took over the department. In some ways, she always has a spark alive. Her creative inputs have driven our organization forward; with this positive take on life, she will definitely achieve greater heights not only in her career but in her personal goals too.


Dubai is my third home after having lived in India and Australia. I discovered an eccentric love for social media back and its potential to influence which led to me becoming a full-time marketer. In my current role at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, I have contributed to key projects such as restaurant re-launches, unveiled revenue-generating concepts and launch of a brand new website. I am also a member of the hotel’s Green Team that actively drives sustainability and I mentor female representatives under a hotel driven ‘Development Program’ that promotes growth through a learner-led approach.

Guiding principles

Find your purpose! Once you know your goal, working towards it can be your most fulfilling journey.  I believe in the power of ‘never giving up’ and I know when to switch off to have some fun. Our time is most productive when balanced out well.

How has Covid-19 changed your job?

My ability to nurture talent and lead successful creative breakthroughs began after the onset of the pandemic. Covid made me realize my love for marketing, copywriting and content creation. I have grown as a person and met some lovely people through this journey, which is what matters the most!

Side hustle

Professional photoshoots and collaborations are my all-time favourite things. I thoroughly enjoy – long drives, impromptu coffee catch-ups, play dates with dogs, reading and listening to meaningful podcasts.
