Kushal Desai is a passionate and analytical digital marketing expert, bringing an element of positivity and clarity even into a complex technical situation. He is a custodian of Liana’s regional customers. He never forgets to follow through, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer. He’s been a loyal Lianatech family member since 2017 and we’ve seen him rise to the occasion more than once by exceeding his target by more than 120%. We’re lucky to have him supporting our regional growth and vice versa looking to support him in his career growth and taking on more responsibilities.
No matter how busy the day gets, the customer is always his first priority. Being able to help his team members and at the same trusting to have their support, makes Kushal an effective and trustworthy team member that always delivers. What is agreed is kept.
How has Covid-19 changed your job?
Fluent and proactive communications remain the key to a successful outcome, both internally and externally. It’s been relatively easy for us to adapt to online working because Liana’s business is online. Having said that, we’ve always valued proactive and fluent communications. Being able to guide our customers into this has been rewarding and at the same, it has enforced our already good relationship and helped to grow the existing accounts.
