Fatima’s passion for understanding the consumers and the changing dynamics of the marketing world makes her a unique talent. Her agility and resilience in tough situations especially last year, where we have launched 12 new products in just 8 months, made her an integral part of Fine Guard.
A young professional that finds her drive in adventure and eccentricity. I started my career in Marketing in Bupa Hong Kong, where I was responsible for finding ways to sell intangible products to tangible consumers. Since, I have accumulated two roles at Fine. My role in Social Media allowed me to showcase my creativity and perseverance as I revamped three social media pages. In my current role as the Global Fine Guard Marketing Manager, I merged my taste for innovation by making Fine Guard an innovator on TikTok advertisements, and my adaptability to launch a disinfectants line in 6 months.

How has Covid-19 changed your job?
The start of COVID-19 created a new category, Fine Guard, of which I am the Marketing Manager. Working in a brand new PPE and disinfectants category has challenged me in many ways, and taught me that speed, efficacy and adaptability were crucial to surviving in our rapidly changing environment.
I believe that connecting with others is quintessential to one’s growth and happiness – and so, helping kids and disadvantaged families in my home country has always been a way for me to connect with my roots and aid my community at the same time.
