Career highlights:
I began my journey at Cheil in 2020 as a social media intern, driven by curiosity and ambition. Over the years, I evolved from supporting campaigns to leading them, taking ownership of strategy, creative direction, and execution. After proving my impact in social, I expanded into digital and offline marketing, managing fully integrated campaigns across channels. By 2026, I progressed into an Account Manager role, leading 360° initiatives from A to Z, including global launches like Unpacked and large-scale live commerce activations for Samsung. My strength lies in bridging creativity with business objectives to deliver measurable growth.
Guiding principles:
My father taught me that hard work never goes unnoticed and that resilience defines growth. I believe skills only translate into impact when rooted in integrity, transparency, and relentless effort. Success isn’t luck, it’s consistency, character, and the courage to keep going.
Side hustle:
My academic journey matters deeply to me. After minoring in Supply Chain during my bachelor’s, I pursued and completed my Master’s (2021–2024). Studying systems and operational strategy sharpened how I manage large-scale campaigns today. I aim to continue this path through a PhD, connecting structure with creativity.
