Nischaya is a 7-year industry veteran who’s been quietly shaping the media landscape. His track record speaks for itself and is backed by a portfolio of client partners who vouch for his skillset that mixes precision with perfection. During his time at OMD, he has taken to refining his expertise through the application of global strategies within the local media landscape. He has worked with diverse teams across several industries, including CPG, Hardline, Automotive and Finance, across the worlds of social, search, and programmatic. Nischaya currently leads the performance strategy and execution for a global CPG business.

Nischaya’s achievements include winning and representing the MENA market for Amazon OMEGA – an Amazon & OMD led global initiative, OMD’s Snapchat AR lens competition in UAE and has been awarded the OMD Extra Mile award for his work in 2023.

Nischaya firmly believes that “There is no such thing as a stupid question”. He says that we are always one right question away from the next breakthrough and that question be your “Stupid question”

Side hustle

Nischaya has always been passionate about teaching and shaping young minds. He plans to fuse his love for media and teaching to teach children in the long run.

When he’s not at work, he can be found with an uncanny book and cup of chai at Dubai’s most serene spots.
