Mher Krikorian, Head of content, Netizency: Tarek is a rare talent, with his sharp eye for details, knowledge, experience in the industry, and leadership skills. he is truly the engine of the content department. Sometimes I wonder if Tarek is a superhero because he can manage his projects and lead the team of animators to deliver the best they can all at the same time. He is always eager to push the boundaries which motivates and brings positive energy to the team.
I’ve had a diverse range of experiences, from waiting tables to personal training, before teaching myself motion graphics and animation. I’ve been doing it for 8 years now, and since joining Netizency I’ve had the opportunity to work with more than a few big-name clients, manage a growing team of animators, and take on exciting new challenges. Most of all, the opportunity to see my team and my output come together in campaigns across the world is something I’m always proud of and looking forward to more of.
Quality. I’m an extremely detail-oriented person in everything I do, and I always strive to make sure that every last keyframe, layer, and transition is on point. It’s the details that the naked eye may not notice that come together to form the perfect end product.
Staring at the wall – I’m exceptionally good at it. It’s also when I’m most inspired. Sometimes I also hug a pillow while doing it, but only when I’m in need of some extra inspiration.
