Career highlights

Majoring in Marketing, I found my passion working in this field where there is always something new to learn. Given the fact that it’s a fast-paced field, you can never say “I know everything”, which is in fact great as it keeps me motivated and excited to acquire more knowledge. I’m an account manager at Hashtag and this position allows me to experience and work with each department in the company, as we work hand in hand to deliver the best results. During my 2 years, I’ve learned how to cope with being too busy, how to interact with my colleagues in a respectful friendly manner and how to communicate and build a good work relationship with clients.

Guiding principles

I believe in always giving it my all, celebrating my achievements and learning from my mistakes. Having the mentality of “everything happens for a reason and that it’s all a part of the process” helped me to keep moving forward and be optimistic.
