I have been consistently impressed with Shiv’s attitude, creativity, and dedication since she joined Create Media. It’s not every day that you get the chance to work with a young talent who exhibits excellent account management and organizational skills and always tries to push the work’s quality to the maximum. Her work ethic, diligence and her relationship with everyone she works with make her an outstanding team member in every possible way.
As a finance major and an ACCA affiliate, I didn’t imagine I would be working at the forefront of digital marketing today. My job involves cultivating powerful visual stories that inspire users.
From early on in my career I’ve created campaigns for 20+ brands and collaborated with 150+ influencers across retail, tourism, and entertainment sectors. I was also featured as part of Campaign ME’s Top 10 Digital Campaigns of 2019 for Birkenstock’s product launch.
As a Senior Account Executive at CMG, I get to work with the most creative minds to create content for some of the best-in-class brands in the region including Warehouse421, Dubai Tourism, and PIF.
How has Covid changed your job?
As the world turned to digital for answers, it created responsibility on us as digital marketers to build a narrative that spearheaded online conversations especially at a time when all eyes were on digital spaces to provide a sense of connection. As a team, we pivoted into the new normal and thrived in a WFM environment.
In trying to navigate new experiences as a spiritual being, I’ve been writing articles on meditation and mindfulness as part of the editorial team at Bhakti Lounge, a community that promotes self-awareness and spirituality.
I also spend some weekends teaching English with the U&I Teach program to lesser privileged youth in India.
